Web design trends always keep on changing time to time; today we live in the year of 2011 and several trends that used to be the most effective ones in 2010 are not that effective anymore; new trends have taken their spots. Over the past few weeks I have searching over trends in web design to find out what is new today so I can share it with you people; according to my observation the trends given below are the latest ones so you need to take assistance from them in order to stay ahead of your competitors today.
Today we have a lesser use of flash. This does not means that flash is no more an excellent feature or technology but now you need to be more appropriate while using it. In the past few years, flash has been abused, misused, and overused by several people and therefore today it carries a bad reputation. In today’s world of web, you need to have a website that carries a design that is faster loading, uncluttered, clean, and on top of all other aspects; it should be friendly with the search engines. This is where flash begins to create problems. Also, there is a large number of people using mobile to surf internet; I guess now we are looking at the end of flash pretty soon.
